1. Contract

1. These general conditions intend to define the modalities of subscription and use of the service Aboneo. Any subscriptions and use of the site involve the full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Aboneo reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or updates these Terms and Conditions.

All modifications will be notified to the clients by e-mail.

2. Explanations

1. Aboneo: Service providing consumer goods to internet users by subscribing to the service.

2. Client: The contractor of the subscription. This person must be major and be able to contract such a commitment.

3. Subscription: Contract between the Subscriber and Aboneo for the use of the service.

The subscription starts the date the payment is made and is renewed automatically at each subscription deadline until termination request is made by the subscriber.

3. Access and security

1. The access to Aboneo is secured with a login ID and password.

2. Login ID and passwords are issued and sent by Aboneo whenever the contract is concluded.

3. The subscriber undertakes to keep all information private.

4. All transaction initiated using the subscriber’s confidential data (login and password) is considered valid.

4. Subscription

The subscription starts the date the user has completed successfully his subscription form and paid his subscription.

Upon receipt of payment, the user receives an e-mail confirming the subscription and gets an ID (e-mail address or alias) and a password.

This password is personal and confidential. The user is responsible and will not disclose information. The further access to the online service Aboneo requires the use of the ID (e-mail address or alias) and password. The user will able to change the password.

5. Delivery

1. The delivery of Aboneo’s products to the subscriber, shall be made by post. Any other solution will only be at cost and risk of the subscriber.

2. In no event Aboneo shall be held responsible for problems associated with transportation (including delays) or delivery.

6. Rates and payments

1. The subscription shall be effective on the confirmation the date the payment is made by credit card. The price of the service is shown on the online subscription form (Cart + Shipping). The next amounts will be debited 15 days before the effective date of the products delivery.

2. The subscription rates are specified on the web site, depending on the products purchased. These rates may change under economic circumstances.

All increases will be reported to the subscriber before they are implemented, allowing the subscriber to cancel subscriptions, in accordance with section 8.1.

3. For Switzerland, shipping rates and basket are inclusive of Taxes.

4. For products sent to other countries than Switzerland, all Taxes and Fees related to the import of goods should be paid by the client at good reception.

The price of these taxes are country specific. aboneo sàrl can’t inform the clients of exact prices. The client has the responsibility to follow local rules related to goods import in the destination country.

7. Responsibility

1. Aboneo undertakes to carry out all of its resources to ensure that the site is optimal. The technical malfunctions and failures momentary excludes the use of the service shall not confer any right to compensation for the subscriber.

2. The responsibility if hyperlinks return the subscriber to other sites that might violate the legal provisions.

3. Aboneo assumes no liability for services provided by third parties, nor does it make any warranty as to those benefits.

8. Termination contract

1. The contract may be terminated by the subscriber. The termination must be recommended by an email including Name, email address and mailing address with acknowledgment of receipt no later than one month before the date of the next shipment subscription.

2. The subscription contract may be terminated by Aboneo at any time and without notice, without the subscriber being able to claim any compensation, including in the following cases:

- Failure by the purchaser to one of the contractual obligations,

- Non-payment by the purchaser of the sums owed to Aboneo

- Closure of the service Aboneo

- Aboneo’s Internet site Technical failure,

- Aboneo’s subcontractors failure for delivering goods,

- Price increase on all products distributed by Aboneo.

3. In accordance with law, clients have a period of 7 days from receipt to exercise their rights to cancel orders from aboneo without giving any reason or to paying penalty.

9. Personal Data

1. The customers’ personal data will not be forwarded to any third parties and will only be used within the subscription contract between Aboneo and the client.

2. In this context, the subscriber authorizes Aboneo to send all correspondence and useful advertising.

3. The subscribers’ personal information can lead to exercise the right of access and correction within Aboneo at conditions laid down by the Federal Law of June 19, 1992 on protection of data.

10. Contact Lenses

1. Aboneo will supply contact lenses and accessories designed and manufactured by the largest existing brands on the market.

2. Only manufacturers can be responsible for the quality of their products.

3. Aboneo disclaims any liability related to a lack of quality of products or their packaging.

11. Health recommendation

1. Do not forget to visit your ophthalmologist at least once a year.

2. For any changes on contact lenses please contact a specialist in order to try the best contact lenses that fit you.

3. In the case of any kind of pain, discomfort, redness in the eyes and cloudiness of vision, you must immediately remove contacts and consult your doctor.

12. Applicable Law

1. The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms and Conditions shall be the laws in Switzerland.

2. The designated court is Nyon, Switzerland.
