Enhance user experience through HRIS continuous improvements

In the context of a rapidly growing organization, the evaluation of Human Resources processes was carried out to increase operational efficiency.

Objectives

  • Maintain existing HRIS and implement new functions related to process and tool evolution.

Mission

Integral part of the existing HRIS team, responsible for evolving the tool to meet the changes in the processes in place, as well as studying the new features available in the tool and implementing those of direct interest to the client.


Support:

  • Handle level 2 (HR) support requests

  • Ensure data quality

Continuous improvement:

  • Process evolution: Adjust the tool by configuring the necessary changes to reflect the evolution of the processes.

  • Evolution of the tool’s functionalities: After each product release, detect and mitigate potential impacts, and identify new functionalities that could benefit the customer.

  • Implementation of new functionalities: Through a clear definition of the needs, implementation of new functionalities, testing, production launch.

  • Coordination with the implementation partner on specific points.

  • Change management following the implementation of the new features through the realization of guides and adapted training.

  • Create reports and dashboards for HR and business to support decision making.

Results

  • + More than 600 tickets closed by the HRIS department in 2 years

  • Unification of absence plans in days for a better user experience

  • Implementation of the ‘Feedback’ functionality as part of performance management, to overcome the security limitations associated with the old configuration.

  • Automation of 15 types of certificate in Workday, removing the workload from the HR FrontDesk.

  • Creation of dashboards for HRBPs enabling them to monitor the approval of recognition awards in relation to departmental budgets.

  • Creation of reports to monitor data quality.
