Monitor investment projects through the implementation of a Project Portfolio Management system
The company didn’t have a consolidated view of current projects, did have a long and cumbersome budget cycle, with no shared information and finally, had hard time making sure to select and finance the good project at the good time.
Objectives
Select and deploy a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to support, follow and control the IS strategic investment projects.
Mission
Aboneo played several roles in the selection process and implementation of the solution :
PPM expert and Project Manager to drive the selection of the solution (Software and Services),
Project Manager to drive the solution implementation and deployment.
